Once a payment is successfully made, it is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the admission process.
Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error or network issue, we will review the transaction, and if found valid, the excess amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days.
